Making a Complaint

If you’re unhappy with the service you received from any part of the Devon Domestic Abuse Alliance, you have the right to raise a concern.

We are committed to handling complaints fairly, respectfully, and in confidence. Making a complaint will not affect the support you receive.

We aim to:

• Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
• Respond fully within 20 working days wherever possible
